Before entering the financial sector, I spent a decade at Hewlett-Packard in its Competency Centers. These strategic hubs were designed to cultivate deep technical expertise and drive innovation across specialized domains. This high-level environment taught me a rigorous, technical approach to solving complex business challenges and a passion for clear, expert-led communication.
The Industry Insight
That foundation led me into Product Marketing for Risk Management provider Syfact - acquired by Actimize - where I helped improve CMS platforms used by Fraud and KYC/AML departments of major Banks. I represented the company on the global stage—delivering product solution demos at major banks in New York, Amsterdam, and Brussels. This "on-the-ground" experience gave me first-hand insight into the technical, regulatory, and operational hurdles faced by Tier-1 financial institutions and fintechs.
